 1.Enrollment Process- 

For getting enrolled under Rock Land Music & Art School one has to fill the admission form online or offline with 1 photo of the candidate and 1 photocopy of id proof and submit in the school office with admission charge and fees. 

2.Acceptance of Terms - 

By accessing or using the business’s services or website ,the user or customer agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.

3.Description of Services-

 The services we provide are online and offline music & art classes. 

4.Pricing and Payment- 

The prices are very affordable that the customer will get in our website comparing to other websites. We accept payment through all online modes. Time to time customers will get discount on our services. 

5.Privacy and Data Protection - 

The business collects various data from the customers regarding name, address, phone no etc and all are protected strongely . We do not disclosed data and personal information of our students.

6.Refund and Return Policy - 

We have no return and refund policies on course fees. Admission charge is non-refundable. 

7.Intellectual Property- 

This section outlines that the ownership and usage rights of intellectual property such as copyright etc. associated with services belongs to us only.

8.Indemnification- 

The terms and conditions specify that users agree to the indemnify and hold the business harmless from any claims, liabilities or expenses resulting from the use of the services. 

9.Modifications to Terms and Conditions- 

Any modifications in the terms and conditions of the school will be informed to all through website.

10.Entire agreement- This is the statement confirming that the terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement  between the business and the user.
