1. Course Enrolment Cancellation (Online & Offline Classes)

Once enrolled in a course (whether online or offline), cancellation is not allowed after payment is completed.

However, if you have made a duplicate payment or mistakenly enrolled in the wrong course, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. We will review the request and take appropriate action.

2. Refund Policy for Online Courses

Since we offer digital content (pre-recorded video lessons or downloadable materials), we do not offer refunds once the course content is delivered or accessed.

If you face any technical issue in accessing the course (e.g. video not loading, broken links), please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue or offer alternative access.

3. Refund Policy for Physical Products (if applicable)

If you have purchased any physical item (e.g. instruments, books) through rlmas.co:

Refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged during delivery or if you received the wrong product.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing video proof.

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate refund as per the case.

No refunds will be provided for damage caused after delivery or due to misuse.
